Intern / Volunteer
You can help us by donating your time and effort by joining our project as an intern. At the moment, we are looking for:
- Sound engineers and sound editors to help us edit and produce already recorded conversations
- Project managers to help us organize and coordinate various projects at the RCG
- Book editors to help us with production of the printed material
- Web designers / web masters to help us support and develop our website
- Seminar organizers
- Content promoters

These internship positions are great for young professionals entering their fields (a solid addition to your resume), and for anyone looking for a meaningful contribution to make for a noble cause.
Sound Engineer / Sound Editor
If you have a passion for working with sound – especially for a noble cause, love to turn an occasional mumble into a professional speech, and, on occasion, play with music and sound effects, then talk to us! In addition to the gratitude you get from us and the entire community of listeners, this is also a great opportunity for the begining sound professionals and/or amatures entering the field. A quality not-for-profit work freely available online will look great on your resume.
Project Manager
If you love taking great ideas and making them happen – especially when those ideas are aimed at helping other people grow and change their lives – you may want to consider this position. We are looking for people who love (and are willing to learn and hone their skills in):
- Organizing and managing projects
- Public Relations (working with various media / magazines / online organizations, etc.)
- Handling the creative chaos that often erupts at a place like RCG
