For the last year, RCG has been sustained with the personal funds and effort of the three founders who believe in the power of “ideas transforming lives.”
We are focused single mindedly on making sure the content produced is useful, cutting edge and commercial free. The average cost of producing and maintaining a podcast is at about US $2000, and it takes between 10 to 20 man-hours of our effort. With this in mind, and seeking to continue not just building on this library but also bringing new speakers and presenters with great embodied ideas into the forefront, we seek your help and support.
You can help take this project much further, and help support the RCG efforts in your own way. The most critical resources for us are, of course, time and money.
Intern with Us

In return you will get a hands-on experience in the area of your passion – while helping bring transformation to the world, a line for your resume, and gratitude of countless listeners around the globe for your meaningful contribution.

- Sound engineers and sound editors to help us edit and produce already recorded conversations
- Project manager to help us organize and coordinate various projects at the RCG
- Book editors to help us with production of the printed material
- Web designers / web masters to help us support and develop our website
- Seminar organizers
- Content promoters

Hire Us
The Radical Change Staff members provide one-on-one and group consultation, coaching, and facilitation services. We donate 10% of our revenue to various charitable causes, out of which 5% goes directly to support the RCG podcasts and the website.
In addition to that, an extra source of income will relieve us from looking for second and third jobs to pay our bills (the first job being RCG where we spend our money), and will allow us to spend more quality time working on the podcasts and RCG-related projects. More info »

Another way to directly support our effort is to donate to RCG. This money will go towards our equipment, supporting the website, audio editing and recoding studio services, and an occasional travel of the main crew to record out-of-town conversations.
We also accept donations in non-monetary forms. In particular, if you have a space for a recording studio in San Francisco Bay Area (any comfortable room with low ambient noise and not too much echo), we would love to use that for our recordings.
