What People Have To Say About The Work Of RCG. |

On our Material presented here
“Have enjoyed the podcasts on listening and Senses. The structure is linear and yet reaches the heart. The spirit in which it is delivered is energising and giving. I am sure the Universe will bless this endeavour as the founders are presenting an attractive modality for the journey from the personal to the transpersonal and one which will appeal to the more cerebral mind… The new leaf of Raja Yoga…”
Deepak Bajaj, Councelling Psychologist, September 2007
“The Radical Change Group founders demonstrate deep insights into outstanding levels of knowledge and synthesis of NLP/Business and Spirituality. I highly commend people to go and attend their trainings and listen to their products. Their knowledge is one of pragmatism and application rather than academic NLP. A training with them is not to be missed.”
Mark Stanarevic, MBA - NLP Trainer, Melbourne, Australia, June 2007
On a series of our presentations at NLP Cafe, April-July, 2007:
“This was a very interesting addition to my other training.”
Tom Hoobyar, Founder of NLP Cafe, StreetsmartCEO.com, Director of Marketing at NLP Comprehensive
“I loved the lecture / presentation. I loved the integration of the Spiral Dynamics, Hero’s Journey & Imprinting, very deep & profound. I am sure it will impact me on many levels for time to come. Thanks!”
Denise Corcoran, NLP Master Practitioner , Business Coach & Owner of Empowered Business

Why Radical Change |
 |
| |
The name of this venture was chosen to convey the many possible ways we see this enterprise emerging. The commonality however is around 2 key themes - Radical and Change. So here we wish to explore what we mean by each of the words, and we bring you the uses of these two words from Websters:
RADICAL - For us is about going to the roots of what matters, it’s about a marked departure from the generally accepted views, and also epitomizes the Californian attitude.
Etymology: Middle English, from Late Latin radicalis, from Latin radic-, radix root
1 : of, relating to, or proceeding from a root: as a (1) : of or growing from the root of a plant <radical tubers> (2) : growing from the base of a stem, from a rootlike stem, or from a stem that does not rise above the ground <radical leaves> b : of, relating to, or constituting a linguistic root c : of or relating to a mathematical root
2 : of or relating to the origin
3 : marked by a considerable departure from the usual or traditional
4 slang : Excellent, Cool
Change - we use this term to exemplify transformation of the being. It is the journey of ever becoming and unfolding. This is the lifelong quest of the alchemists to transform lead into gold, and the path of the egg to becoming the butterfly and in turn laying eggs. The journey of the being is the journey of transforming and becoming.

Why are we doing it? Because ….. |
 |
| |
A long long time… our ancestors gathered around the fire at nights
Looked into the mystery of the cosmos with their brothers sitting besides
Taking guidance from the universe above and the rhythm from the earth below
They shared their ideas, hopes, fears and learning’s from fellow to fellow
Much in the same fashion millennia later 3 explorers have gathered
Quaint café’s have taken the place of the sacred hunting ground
The soft glare of the computer screen has replaced the mighty campfire
Yet freely flowing are ideas, learning’s and stories some good and some dire
One has traversed the path of Business Strategy and Martial Arts
The second has made his life in the Sciences and Computers
While the third is a mathematician and builder of expert systems
Using NLP as threads we seek to weave new fabrics
We will share technologies’ to accelerate the journey of spirit, mind and body
Bring ideas from mythology, psychology, sciences, poetry and alchemy
Apply them to business, personal growth, leadership and relationships
We will laugh and duel, providing different perspectives to the same things
Hoping to rekindle the spirit of campfires our ancestors’
Through a new medium we seek to connect and learn with others
Hoping to connect you with ideas and seek your perspectives
Communion across space and time much like our ancestors would have liked…
Come on with us and join around the fire
All that’s required is a will and some desire…
