Thank you for your comment. Yes, we are going to publish a few more podcasts on this topic in the coming weeks. As for the starting point, look for the books by people mentioned both in the description and in the podcast itself. Perhaps, one of the easiest entry point is a book by Don Beck et al. called Spiral Dynamics
